About the role
The objective of the Sales Coordinator role is to help the Account Managers hit and exceed revenue targets by taking away their admin tasks and freeing them up to talk to more clients. Key duties include:
- Advertising sales support - ad material, ad drafts, proposals and sales decks, maintain client details in Salesforce, etc
- Commercial content support - administer the commercial content process, campaign reports, campaigns team liaison
- Client outreach - direct mail/email, sales support collateral, client events, competitions
This role is suited to either a career office admin professional, or a less experienced person looking for his/her first step in an exciting career in the media industry.

- Supreme organisational skills with a love of organising others
- Technology skills - Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Slack, Asana, Adobe Suite
- Communications skills - articulate with clear and concise written and verbal English
- Fast learner with the ability to pick things up quickly
Experience
- Office admin - minimum 12 months experience in a corporate environment
- Exposure to the media or travel sectors would be an advantage
