The Role
- Assisting the Claims supervisor with customer service
- Complaints resolution handling
- Managing and processing Travel Claims from end to end
- Registering claims information and answering policy queries
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience managing Travel Claims end to end but also open to other lines of insurance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with complaints resolution
