The ideal candidate will have: 

• Experience in a sales-focused leadership role with tourism industry experience is essential.
• A strong customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills even during challenging moments.
• Friendly personality and relaxed manner to talk with guests, motivated and reliable, able to take ownership of this role and lead the team.
• Proactive and logistical approach to resolutions, shows initiative, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong background in sales conversion, travel consultancy, and reservations customer service excellence. 
• A willingness to handle various ad-hoc responsibilities as needed, as well as a capacity to work autonomously as well as lead a team.

Position Type: Full-time 38 hours per week on a rotating shift schedule. Weekend shifts are required.
