For these roles, you will have:
- Customer service experience in a call centre or otherwise fast-paced environment
- Clear and polite telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An interest in working in the travel industry
- Adaptability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
- An affinity for working in collaborative team settings
- High level of drive and self-motivation
- Ability to work autonomously
