YONDA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel agent with proficiency in the SABRE system a must and minimum of 2 years as a travel agent, to join our team. As a Travel Concierge agent you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Provide personalised recommendations and itineraries to meet their specific needs.

Booking and Reservations: Utilise your expertise in the Sabre system to efficiently make flight, hotel, car rental, and other travel arrangements. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all bookings. Knowledge of fares, airlines contracts, rules & regulations and ticketing

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry offerings. Share this knowledge with clients to enhance their travel experiences.

Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Troubleshoot and resolve any travel-related problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members and collaborate with various stakeholders such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best deals and offerings for clients.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, bookings, and any relevant information. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Travel Agent min 2 Years Experience with a focus on leisure travel.
2. Proficiency in using the SABRE for bookings and reservations is essential.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
5. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
6. Up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
