About the role
Federation University is committed to becoming Australia's first fully Co-operative University by the end of 2025. You will take the lead on the design and implementation of all organsiational change management activity across this multi-year University-wide program of work to deliver the Co-op future state.
You will:
- develop a change management strategy for the Co-op Transformation;
- conceptualise, develop, and maintain relevant, tailored and effective change management plans and interventions;
- lead and manage the end-to-end organisational change processes to successfully introduce new processes and systems; and
- support the adoption and continuous improvement of the University's Change Management Framework.
About you
You will have extensive expertise of change management principles, methodologies and tools in addition to success in leading large-scale, complex enterprise change involving people, process and technology.
You will possess demonstrated:
- agility, passion, empathy and innovation to bring end users on a meaningful change journey;
- business and commercial acumen, and an in-depth understanding of industry and/or organisational issues and challenges;
- ability to lead, motivate, and influence a variety of internal and external stakeholders; and
- experience developing change management plans to meet required project outcomes via change adoption.
