Tree Maintenance Programmer / Scheduler

About the Role: HOBAN is excited to announce a new permanent position for a Tree Maintenance Programmer with a leading local council. Situated West of the city this role is crucial for supporting and managing the growing number of community requests regarding Tree Maintenance on council property.Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage Tree Maintenance work orders.
• Respond to community requests and issues related to council trees.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (operations support, field leaders, workgroup leaders, customer experience team) and external stakeholders (customers, vendors).
• Self-manage to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Essential Requirements:

• Education/Licences:

• Class C driver's licence
• Experience:

• Project scheduling experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to produce high-quality work independently

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• Customer Success Management training (or similar)
• Experience in federal, state, or local government
• Knowledge of arboriculture or Tree Maintenance practices
• Familiarity with asset management systems (T1/CiAnywhere) and O365
• First Aid Certificate
