The Position:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Truck Driver to join our team on a permanent basis. We have a permanent position available for the right person. This role offers the opportunity to engage in both short and long haulage trips within Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for driving, and the flexibility to handle a variety of routes and delivery types.

The Person:
The candidates we are looking will need to have at least 12 months driving experience who have good customer relations skills as well as the ability to follow instruction, complete the necessary paperwork and be flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verifies the accuracy of loading documents, checks the condition of goods being transported, and obtains certification of deliveries to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Maneuvers vehicles into position for efficient loading and unloading operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and space requirements.
- Ensures that goods are properly stowed and securely covered to prevent loss, damage, or shifting during transit.
- Conducts regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe and operational condition, identifying and reporting any issues that need maintenance.
- Utilizes lifting and tipping devices to load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Estimates weights of loads to comply with load limitations and ensures the safe distribution of weight within vehicles to maintain balance and stability.
- Observes and adheres to safety requirements and regulations during the loading and unloading of vehicles to prevent accidents and injuries.
Salary $70,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation
