AddressPlascorp, one of Australia’s leading privately owned Manufacturing and Distribution companies specialising in Industrial Ducting, Mine Ventilation, PVC Pipe and Steel re-enforcing solutions has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Truck Driver/ Yardsman to join our Altona team.
Apart from having the required skills, we are looking for a hard-working and reliable team player who will fit into our customer focused business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Safe loading, delivery and unloading of products within Melbourne and surrounding areas
- Customer and Site deliveries
- Meeting delivery timelines
- Assistance with yard duties
- Adhering to OH&S policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Current Open MR/HR licence
- A current forklift license
- High level of enthusiasm and initiative
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit
- Knowledge of Melbourne metro area required
- Min 8 tonne license
- Load restraint experience
- Police clearance
This is a day shift position working weekdays (40 hours per week)
Some overtime may be required.
