In this role, you'll:
- Competently operate Heavy Combination vehicles and hold a HC Class Drivers Licence
- Tow any trailers that their vehicle is rated to tow
- Operate a HIAB or similar truck mounted crane
- Perform any of the duties of a Road Worker Grade 3, as and when required.
We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver who has the capability to work under limited supervision and has experience in maintaining a safe and injury free work place for all employees while operating in a high speed, high traffic volume environment.
You have sound experience operating HIAB or similar truck mounted cranes and experience undertaking physical labouring duties. You'll also hold:
- White Card
- HC Driver Licence
- Traffic control certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)
- Experience and understanding of local road networks across the district

We take the WH&S and the management of fatigue of our employees seriously. Therefore, to be successful in this role it is a requirement that you must reside within a 75 km distance from either the Mittagong depot.
