Black Rubber is a leading tyre supply and service organisation focused on the provision of efficient & safe tyre management services specifically for the transport, industrial, mining & resource industries as well as catering for the passenger car market.
Roles/responsibilities
- Monitoring fleet tyre performance including damage and wear issues.
- Assessing, diagnosing and providing accurate recommendations or solutions to customers.
- Diagnosing & troubleshooting problems – wheel balancing problems, tyre, wheel and rim damage and wear, etc.
- Performing rotations, pressure checks, balancing, puncture repairs, etc.
- Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a professional presentation.
- Adhere to all company and industry standards, policies and procedures.
- Assist with completion of any relevant documentation.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Truck Tyre fitting experience.
- Valid Driver’s License & Forklift Ticket.
- Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology (Heavy)
- Ability to perform without direct day-to-day supervision.
- A strong focus on safety & following procedures.
- Good communication skills.
