About the roleThis role is responsible for supporting the governance, operations management, and delivery of essential transitional services, to facilitate the seamless divestment of Suncorp Bank from the Suncorp Group. The
TSA Technology and Operations Analyst plays a critical role in monitoring performance and managing the operational processes which enable the provision of services outlined in the Transition Services Agreements (TSAs), covering a broad range of business and IT services. Spanning up to five years, these TSAs require robust internal and external stakeholder engagement to ensure effective provision of services.
What you'll do- Establish and refine TSA operational procedures to meet contractual obligations, focusing on timeliness, scope, budget, and quality while driving continuous service improvement.
- Review, monitor, analyse and support service performance and compliance against those outlined in the TSA, ensuring that all transitional services are operationalised and managed efficiently.
- Analyse, validate and communicate requirements for changes to operational processes, policies and information systems to accommodate new and existing transition services.
- Evaluate information and data to determine problems opportunities/solutions in the successful provision of transition services.
- End to end management of TSA exits, change requests, new project requests and SOWs, including risk and impact assessments.
- Minimise service risk by completing comprehensive impact assessments for changes or new projects.
What you'll bring- 10+ years' experience as a business analyst or project manager within an APRA regulated environment.
- Experience in owning and managing multiple initiatives end to end and able to consistently deliver outcomes on time.
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated client relationship skills with expertise in nurturing high priority stakeholder relationships, ensuring robust, strategic partnerships.
- Change management, workshop facilitation and presentation skills highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing and analysing data from multiple sources and business units to provide meaningful understanding and direction.
- Knowledge of Legislative, regulatory and code or practice requirements impacting Suncorp as a Group (e.g., Privacy Act, Trade Practices legislation, ASIC policy / APRA prudential standards, etc.)
