The opportunity…
This role joins a growing team of Business Analysts who support all business units/departments and all business processes across Device Technologies. The role has wide discretion to identify business process improvement opportunities, design solutions in partnership with process owners, and drive the change to completion. The role will suit a person with several years business experience, and with knowledge and experience of process frameworks, KPIs and benchmarks, and improvement methodologies.

Experience required:
Essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business roles
- Knowledge of industry process frameworks and process KPIs and benchmarks
- Understanding of improvement methodologies e.g. DMAIC, Lean and experience using them
- Advanced analytical skills
- Ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders, including those at a senior level
- Ability to exert influence
- Results orientated: taking initiative, seeking information, problem solving, creativity
- Organisational skills: ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Commercial and financial acumen
- Documentation and writing skills
Desirable
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience in a BA role, ideally in a complex organisation with multiple stakeholders
- Process mapping experience
- SAP exposure and experience
- Experience supporting business case development
- Understanding of change management methodologies, and experience using them
- Understanding of Design Thinking methodology, and experience of it
- Experience within the healthcare industry
