Form of workProject: As part of on going works with the Snowy 2.0 project there is a requirement for additional members of the team to assist with Tunnelling works. Grout Pump operators, drilling works in the Power Station and ECVT with the Tunnelling and Grouting team at Lobs Hole. NXBLUE have been an integral part of assisting the JV in getting the people they need and we have transferred well over a 1,000 people to SC Hydro in the time we have been involved in the project.
The Roles:
We are seeking highly motivated, experienced and skilled Remote Control Drillers, High Pressure Grouters and Operators to join the project. As a member of the team you will have experience working tunnelling/underground, the ability to operate mobile plant equipment, skilled labouring experience, experience across Grouting Crews as well as a thorough commitment to safety.

- RC Drillers / Drillers / Driller Offsider: - Experienced/certified in various drilling methods and techniques including percussion, DTH hammer drilling, top hammer and Diamond Drilling. Experience Remote Control Operators Highly regarded
- High Pressure Grouter / Grouter / Grouter Offsider / Grout Crew: - Experience with various grouting techniques - Injection Grouting, grouting tunnel segments, grouting bolts and anchors. High pressure grouting experience is a must.
- Tunneller/Underground labourers: - Experience in installation of strand anchors, grouting and stressing. general tunnelling duties. Must have HR License, WAH, EWP, WP and LF as a minimum.
- 2+ years of previous Tunnelling /underground experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Relevant tickets and licenses.
- A strong commitment to working safely and productively
- Construction Induction card (White Card)
- Current Driver’s licence
- HR, WAH, EWP, WP, DG,
- RB, RI, RA - Rigging
- LE - Excavator
- Telehandler
- CN or above to CO
