AddressOverview: We are currently seeking skilled Shotcrete Sprayer/Nozzlemen, Drillers, and Pump Operators to join our construction delivery team on a number of projects across NSW and Interstate.

Position Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shotcrete Sprayer/Nozzleman, Driller & Concrete Pump Operator in the construction industry
- Ability to work remotely and interstate in line with project requirements from time to time
- Proficiency in operating relevant equipment and machinery – Transcrete, Jacon, Normet, Soilmec, Atlas Copco experience all advantageous
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards
- Knowledge of concrete additives and aggregates
- Strong orientation to safe works practises - high safety focus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in demanding outdoor conditions
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure works meet project specifications and deadlines
- OHS White Card
- Valid manual driver's license

- First Aid Training
- Working at height training, Elevated Work Platform (EWP) license and Confined Spaces training
- Drill Rig VOC & Statement of Attainment
- CPAA (Concrete Pumping Association of Australia) Accredited Training
- EFNARC accreditation
- MR or HR driver's license
