As we continue to grow, we are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Turf Specialist to join our team, focusing on the elite private schools across Melbourne.

Responsibilities- Hands-on Turf Maintenance: Engage in expert turf management and maintenance practices
- Seasonal Maintenance Program: Assist in the creation and execution of seasonal maintenance plans, focusing on weed, pest and disease management, along with irrigation, fertilisation and turf renovations
- Chemical Handling: Manage the safe mixing, decanting and application of various chemicals including pesticides, fungicides, herbicides and fertilisers
- Irrigation Management: Overseeing the irrigation system and ensuring optimal moisture control
- General Grounds Maintenance: Execute a range of tasks including mowing, edging, pruning and weeding to maintain outdoor areas to the highest standards
- Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of horticultural machinery such as blowers, hedgers, whipper snippers, push mowers, ride-on mowers and edgers
- Qualifications: You must possess a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management
- Experience: A strong background in Sports Turf Management is required
- Licences: A manual drivers licence is preferred and a Chemical Users licence (ACUP) is an added advantage
- Skills: You demonstrate ab ability to work autonomously, with an exceptional eye for detail
