TYRE FITTER & WHEEL ALIGNER

National Tyres have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced TYRE FITTER and/or WHEEL ALIGNER to join our Twin City Tyres Team.  

National Tyres currently operate five stores in strategic locations in Northwest QLD to accommodate our current and expanding customer needs. 

Your responsibilities:

• Fitting tyres from passenger to earthmover
• Customer relationship
• Driving customer satisfaction
• Cleaning and Organising of the workshop
• Stock control
• Servicing our current fleet of customer
• Commitment to safe workplace practices

This is a full-time position giving a great opportunity for the right person to progress their career. Some Saturdays are required with some occasional afterhours work.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: 

• Previous tyre knowledge (not essential but preferred)
• Excellent communication with a friendly disposition
• Time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to anticipate needs, respond proactively, and provide timely and efficient solutions for customers
• Demonstrated passion to deliver excellent customer experience
• A professional and reliable attitude, being well presented, punctual and responsible
• Current QLD manual drivers licence 
• Able to pass medical and drug & alcohol testing
