Lockheed Martin Australia is looking forward to being a key contributor to the Australian UH-60M Black Hawk program and encourages you to come join us in delivering a sovereign sustainment capability.We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Maintenance Training Developer - Avionics to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team.About you:Due to the nature of this role, along with being self-motivated and outcomes focused with superior communication skills, you will also hold a Cert IV in Training Development and Cert IV in Aeroskills (Avionics).To be successful in this role you will also have:
  • Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior work experience as a Trainer
  • Demonstrated experience in courseware design and review
  • Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
  • Existing MAML with 3 years Rotary wing
  • DASA 66 Practitioner Course
  • Knowledge of DASR 147

Special Requirements:Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance or be eligible to gain this.The location of the role will be Oakey, QLD.Employment may be contingent on the satisfactory result of criminal and/or other background screens, which require the collection and transfer of personal information.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments and develop Learning Management Plans relating to the development, delivery, and assessment of UH-60M Type Accreditation
  • Assist in the development UH-60M Type Course and S-70A-9/MH60-R to UH-60M Differences Course, fully aligned with the DASR Part 66 and 147 requirements
  • Integrate the use of training aids and devices into the Training packages
  • Conduct annual review and post course update of training products to ensure alignment with aircraft type configuration and feedback from delivered courses
  • Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
  • Comply with DASR 147 Instructor Biennial Training requirement
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
  • Give feedback after each educational session
  • Deliver approved training courses, and packages including examinations, to Sikorsky Australia and Australian Army students
