About the position:
The Undergraduate/Graduate Engineer works to assist with Toowoomba Regional Council projects and activities associated with the provision of engineering services in local government. This position will rotate through Council branches to assist with project exposure, enhancing training and development needs.
- There are three temporary full-time positions based in the Toowoomba CBD.
- The annual salary range for this position is $68,282.40 – 87,970.19 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

How to be successful in this position:
Qualification(s), training and/or experience, specific to the position:
- Currently studying and near completion of a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil/Environmental) from a recognised tertiary institution or have graduated in 2023 or due to graduate in early 2024.
- WHS Competency (White Card) for CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry, or equivalent, or a willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
- Current ‘C’ Manual Driver’s Licence. If not held, must be obtained within six (6) months of commencement.
- No experience required.
