 are seeking applicants for Charge Up position vacant with our client, a reputable mining company near Charters Towers. 

Accommodation will be provided if required, though local applicants or those looking to relocate will be highly regarded. 

Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate. 

About The Job

• Effectively preparing and charging production drill holes to deliver stope firing on target
• Charging production stopes and development headings
• Reading and understanding production drill and charge-up plans.
• Hanging and removal of vent bag, air and water services

About You

• Previous experience working as a Charge-Up Operator
• Extensive experience working in underground mining
• Hold valid and relevant qualifications and security clearances (ASIO Police / Shot Firer's Licence) 
• Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
• Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC
• Hold current (Manual) Drivers Licence
