The Ulan Complex is comprised of Ulan Underground Mine, Ulan West Mine, and Ulan Surface Operations. The Complex has two established, efficient, and high production underground longwall coal mining operation in the western coalfields of NSW.

As an Underground Electrician, you will:
Work as part of a dedicated crew to operate and maintain machinery and equipment to accomplish safe production and maintenance activities.
Install electrical distribution and network systems
Maintain compliance and complete inspections in accordance with Engineering Management plans.
Conduct effective maintenance practices and carry out fault finding and diagnostics on complex systems including:
continuous miners
automated longwall systems
surface and underground conveyors
communications and networking systems
To succeed in this role, you will:
Have an electrical trade qualification.
Have experience working in heavy industry, defence on a range of complex electrical plant.
Be an exceptional team member with a can-do attitude.
Hold an absolute commitment to safety and safe working practices.
Experience working in an underground longwall coal mining operation is desirable, although not essential.
