The Role Embark on a rewarding journey with Aurelia Metals as our Underground Mobile Maintenance Supervisor. In this vital role, you'll lead a dynamic and inclusive team, driving excellence in the maintenance of our Underground Mobile fleet. Your expertise will not only ensure the seamless operation of our equipment but also significantly contribute to the efficiency and safety of our mining projects. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the maintenance and enhancement of our state-of-the-art Underground Mobile equipment. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation, aligning with the Aurelia Metals Values. Leverage your proficiency in CMMS, ideally Pronto, to streamline maintenance procedures. Collaborate with diverse teams to elevate operational efficiency and reliability of our machinery. Champion continuous improvement, setting new benchmarks in Mobile Maintenance. About You We seek a driven and skilled professional who shares our commitment to excellence and sustainability in mining operations. Your profile should include: A strong alignment with the Aurelia Metals Values, driving positive change and integrity in every task. A valid ‘C’ Class Driver’s License and recent National Police Clearance. A trade qualification in Motor Mechanics, Heavy Vehicle, or Diesel Fitting, coupled with substantial hands-on experience. At least 3-5 years of experience in Mobile Maintenance, preferably in an underground mining context. Advanced skills in CMMS, especially Pronto, and a good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite. (Desirable) Prior leadership experience, Cert II in Automotive Air-conditioning, and/or Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
