Do you experience job satisfaction from?
- Prioritising resources on shift to achieve the daily and weekly plan;
- Maintaining and ensuring statutory compliance, including the completion of statutory inspections and adherence to reporting requirements;
- Undertaking effective pre- and post- shift communications with Crew Supervisors and crew members;
- Mentoring and coaching direct reports.

- Hold an NSW Second Class Certificate of Competency?
- Always comply with the Coal Mines Health and Safety Act and Regulations and site Safety Management Systems?
