About this role
We are seeking a “Sales and Service Expert” for a casual position of approximately 10 -15 hours per week, based primarily in or head office at Murarrie and surrounding areas across south side and east side of Brisbane. Extended hours will be required in peak periods.
This role is fast paced and requires a customer service professional, who can multi-task and follow processes and procedures, ensuring we provide customers with friendly and efficient service every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers in the Uniform Shop.
- Conduct uniform fittings and process sales through our POS system.
- Be able to follow processes and procedures as per store guidelines.
- Receive stock and replenish stock.
- Process online orders.
- Reconcile daily sales and record cash takings.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and professional store presentation.
- Must have outstanding “follow up” skills to keep customers informed of any upcoming deliveries.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be reliable
- Able to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Be able to identify sales opportunities.
- Well organised and good attention to detail.
- Minimum of 3 years previous retail experience
- Moderate computer skills Microsoft Office, Excel and Word proficient.
- A Police check and Working with Children check will be required before commencing but we will help obtain this with the successful applicant.
- Current driver's license and vehicle required.
