Used Car Manager (Ac7393)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Used Car Manager with a long established, high-volume, multi-franchised dealer situated on the Central Queensland Coast. This dealership is part of a growing privately owned group, that has been going from strength to strength. They have a mixture of excellent brands, multiple sites and have growth plans in place, which will see them become the major operator in the area. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of the Used Vehicle Sales Department
• Gaining business from new and existing customers
• Ensuring department meets KPI’s
• Monitoring used vehicle sales revenue, margin and expense performance
• Ensuring that top customer service is delivered to all customers
• Staff training
• Oversee negotiations between sales staff and customers
• Stock presentation and inventory control
• Aim to achieve required CSI levels

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background as a sales Manager within a dealership environment. The candidate must have a passion for what they do and be driven to deliver top results in all aspects of the department.
