Our client is seeking a motivated and unique individual to take on the role of Used Car Sales/Customer Relations Manager in Laverton, Victoria.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the entire sales process, from lead generation to pre-delivery.
- Streamline and optimise the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and lead a growing team of 4 salespeople, with plans to double the team size by the end of the year.
- Utilise strong data skills to drive finance, warranties, and increase overall revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Provide valuable feedback to support teams regarding customer needs and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a hands-on, target-oriented environment.
- Work on a rotating roster, including weekends, to meet business demands.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction.
- Proven leadership experience in a sales environment.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven atmosphere.
- Customer-centric attitude with a team-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to work weekends and rotating shifts.
