Our client is seeking an experienced UX / UI designer to support the delivery of a new customer portal.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead User Experience design efforts for our digital products and services, ensuring a seamless and intuitive User Experience across all touchpoints.
• Design and deliver information architectures, wireframes, user interface designs, and visual designs that align with our brand identity and meet user needs.
• Develop and maintain design asset libraries to streamline the design process and ensure consistency across products and services.
• Conduct user research and testing using visual tools, analytics, and evidence to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate user insights into actionable design recommendations and advocate for a user-centered design approach.
• Build effective stakeholder relationships and communicate design vision and recommendations effectively to influence decision-making.
• Apply the Digital Service Standard, Agile methodology, and WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA guidelines to ensure accessibility and compliance with industry standards.
• Work in an embedded agile delivery team, translating UX strategy and concepts into meaningful and deliverable products.
