You are passionate about understanding and solving user needs through innovative UX/UI design. You can drive design strategies that integrate customer insights and business goals to create impactful user experiences. You pride yourself on:

What is the role?

As the Lead Product Designer, you will define and drive the UX strategy that propels our vision forward, bridging customer needs with innovative design solutions. You will lead by example, promoting empathy and integrity within your team, and fostering an environment where every challenge is an opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear UX strategy that aligns with our commitment to setting the industry pace and continuously innovating.
  • Lead design initiatives that are not only bold and question the status quo but also focused on deeply understanding and solving user needs.
  • Establish design standards and processes that advocate for our clients first, ensuring every design decision contributes to enhancing our customer relationships.
  • Mentor and manage a team of Product Designers, encouraging continuous improvement and fostering a culture that values individuality and collective success.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops and user experience research, embracing failures as learning opportunities to drive future success.

Job Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For:

  • A proactive leader with at least 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, demonstrating a track record of impactful user-centric solutions.
  • Expertise in Figma, design systems, and conducting UX research with a portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of user behavior.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of advocating for design practices that lift people up and enhance team collaboration.
  • An innovative thinker who is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment, continuously setting new benchmarks in design excellence.

  • Delivering innovative designs that not only meet business objectives but also enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
