At Dynamic Catering Solutions, our mission is to be known as the most respected and trusted supplier of commercial catering supplies including commercial catering equipment, consumables, packaging, and small wares to a wide range of industries from hospitality, health care, education and defence in the Northern Territory. 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to Support sales with priority customers  The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for working collaboratively with our team  to ensure high performance and productivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities and a passion for developing their client base.  

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the catering equipment and supplies sector. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients in the defence, government, and private sectors. 
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials. 
  • Provide product knowledge and training to clients and sales team members. 
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. 
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with the team. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and drive results.  
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment with company objectives. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance team effectiveness. 

You’ll Love this role if you:

  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A proven track record exceeding sales targets and have 3+ years of sales experience in B2B
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to present solutions clearly and effectively to a wide range of business leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an efficient manner
  • Have self-motivation for learning
  • Attitude towards immediate actions and results
  • Are motivated, energetic, and have a driven work ethic
  • Have previous experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment 
  • Have the ability to meet and/or exceed key performance metrics
  • Experience and knowledge of the catering / hospitality industry
