ABOUT THE JOB:
- Collaborate with clients to understand the vision and goals of their portal.
- Utilise provided business requirements to create and deliver one or more mock-ups for stakeholder review.
- Develop mock-ups using a web development framework, emphasizing design as the key deliverable.
- Ensure that technology selection is deferred to a subsequent phase of the project.
THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE:
- Proven track record in UX design with a deep understanding of user research, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges and align UX strategies with business goals.
