Safer Communities is a very small training business that delivers a narrow range of short courses, primarily Mental Health First Aid. We work with clients from a broad range of industries. Our mission is to build the mental health literacy of communities through quality and engaging training experiences.We seek an Administration Assistant who can work under specific and general direction to undertake a broad range of adminastative tasks. Some interaction with clients and suppliers to provide support or refer support requests to trainers. Must be competent in a range of digital applications such as event booking platforms (Humanitix), Xero, Excel, Word, Email Marketing, basic website editing (WIX), Zoom Admin and similar.Part Time - 0.3 FTE or 1.5 days a week - Flexible with preference for 3 x half-days per week.Year 12 / Cert IV min and/or 2+ Years experience in administrative assistant or similar roles.Post Secondary Education Services Award - General Staff Level 1-3 - $23-$27 /hr + superThis position will suit a person seeking flexible part-time employment. All hours will be completed during regular business hours Monday to Friday.We are seeking a person who lives in our region (NE NSW or SE QLD). However, the majority of employment can be undertaken remotely. Our office is in Federal, NSW in the Byron Bay hinterland.
