We Are RAPIDLY expanding and we need an additional Vacuum Truck Operator!
Be a part of a vibrant and enthusiastic team working on Large infrastructure and Utility projects.
We work closely with the general public, construction site managers, project managers and councils, therefore the ability to build a good customer rapport and a clean and tidy appearance is required.
A can-do attitude is required on a daily basis.
THE ROLE:
FULLTIME! - Monday to Friday with Overtime additional. Weekend work on rosters. Must be available on weekends when required.
Early Starts and late finishes MAY be required to meet client expectations.
You will be required to attend sites all over Victoria on a day to day basis.
Regional Work is required mostly in the Gippsland region ranging from Warragul to Mallacoota. Flexibility to stay away from home is essential.
Accomadation, Allowances are provided when working away.
You will be punctual, clean, neat and tidy. Possess great customer service skills with a "Nothing is too much Trouble" attitude.
You will be required to use a Non Destructive Digging truck to perform excavations, otherwise unsafe for conventional excavations.
Whilst the role is predominantly Non Destructive Digging, occasionally you will be required to assist our installation crews with other tasks.
ESSENTIAL:
White card
HR or larger Truck Drivers licence.
Operate and Drive NDD/Hydro Excavation vehicles to dig small excavations.
Minor truck maintenance.
Ability to read and understand construction plans, DBYD plans and work with updating jobs on an ipad and/or phone.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
If you have experience in working outdoors with large plant and equipment or have experience in:
1. Directional drilling
2. Vacuum tanker driving
3. NDD or Vacuum Excavator drivers or operators, Especially working with Cappelotto Vac Units.
4. Truck Driving
5. Excavator driving
6. Civil Works
7. Construction site works
Daily performance bonuses also apply and are very generous.
