Valet / Customer Service Team Member - Sydney Airport

We are hiring multiple casual Customer Service superstars at Wilson Parking for valet car parking.Client DetailsWilson Parking is the leading car park operator across Australia. Their culture remains true to its origins as a family business, supporting growth amongst our teams, fostering a vibrant culture and promoting inclusivity.DescriptionYou will be assisting high-end customers upon their arrival and provide Customer Service by parking and retrieving their vehicles. This also includes the general presentations of the car parks and providing 3-dimensional (face-to-face, phone and online) Customer Service.As this role requires driving, you MUST be comfortable driving manual cars, and have a full Australian driver's licence.ProfileOur ideal applicants will have:
- Previous Customer Service experience (ideally in retail, hospitality or other service industries)
- A genuine passion for providing excellent Customer Service and 'can-do' attitude
- Full Australian drivers licence and a clean driving record (must be comfortable to drive a manual)
- Ability to work in a standing position for hours at a time
- Accountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of the position allows access to a client's personal and private information
- Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once
- Organisational skills are necessary to quickly recall the location of vehicles and their appropriate keys
- Excellent computer literacy
- Immaculate personal presentation and effective communication skills
