AddressCELOTTI WORKFORCE are looking for a Validation Associate to join a growing and reputable pharmaceutical company, located in Mansfield, QLD on a full time basis.
Position Overview:
The Validation Associate will typically work as part of the Operations team adhering and complying to continuous production improvement strategies and auditing of quality management processes and procedures. The primary objective of this role is to ensure operational excellence, quality and integrity of production and supplies from vendors to warehouses and that they are fit for purpose for end users.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure all validation activities are performed in accordance with Quality Management Systems and standards comply with all policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the design and construction of all new plant and equipment by ensuring that any installation meets all relevant statutory and engineering design code requirements.
- Promoting and demonstrating a high level of communication and customer service by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ensure delivery of efficient and effective services through management of all team members, including recruitment, allocation of duties, managing rosters and coordination and prioritisation of workload.
- Ensure training and development (including training and performance plans) for team members to provide adequate skills to fulfill the requirements of each role and that team members are provided with opportunities to be fully engaged in their work.
- Prepare department budgets in line with defined business objectives.
- Coordination of the effective functioning of the Validation steering Committee including scheduling meetings, preparation of agenda and minutes and effective management of actions.
- Tertiary qualification in Science or Engineering.
- Two years' experience in a similar or related position.
- Clean room HVACV systems knowledge.
- Post-graduate qualification (desirable).
- Project Management (Prince 2, PIMBOK, or equivalent) (desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to work within a Quality Management System and maintain agreed professional standards to achieve industry accreditations (desired).
