About the role
As a Purchasing Officer you will be responsible for materials and consumables purchasing in our global supply chain.Key duties include:
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Monitoring Purchase Order Suggestions
- Scheduling and Rescheduling
- Overdue PO Management
- PO and Invoice Alignment
About You
You need to be a detail-oriented problem solver and can work collaboratively with others. You demonstrate sound pragmatism and judgement. To be successful in this role you need to be solution oriented and be able to meet the tight deadlines.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with manufacturing (or OEM), FMCG, recognised Supply Chains.
- Experience working with ERP systems is desirable.
- Purchase order management experience is desirable.
