This presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative retail venture in Australia. They are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join as a Store Manager at their Lidcombe location.
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for ensuring profitability and the day-to-day running of the store in order and to contribute to broader company objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team within a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and profitability targets through effective management and leadership.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the store's replenishment strategy to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal and customer experience.
- Develop and manage staff rosters efficiently, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets.
- Monitor and report daily sales results to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations and store operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing high-volume, fast-paced retail environments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a positive and proactive team culture.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and drive results through strategic planning and execution.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles is essential.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
