Full time contract role

• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect, preferably within a federal government department.
• Solid expertise in developing high level and detailed design solutions migration of in-house systems to Azure cloud including Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange, and establishing virtual desktop infrastructure.
• Experience in the development of Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience and/or familiarity with Azure Virtual network configuration including hybrid network architecture
• Familiar with cyber security controls (ISM), OWASP and Essential 8 controls within federal government departments.
• Detailed technical knowledge of the Azure cloud platform
• Ability to work independently, build productive relationships and liaise with stakeholders (including business users, development team, Azure platform experts, cyber security experts and enterprise architects).
• Strong communications skills and ability to convert business requirement into detailed design solution using concise language, diagrams and accurate technical details.

Part Time roles

1. Service Delivery Manager/Operations Manager

Essential criteria

1. Must have experience as operations manager or Service delivery manager.
2. Experience in working with similar role ideally in MSP environment. 
3. Marketing of advertising experience
4. Customer service experience. 
5. Attention to details is  must.

Desirable criteria 

1. Technical hands on with office 365 
2. Technical knowledge of Azure and cloud
3. Sales or BDM background 

2. Bid/ Tender and Proposals Writer (Part Time)

• Write compelling and compliant responses, proposals, EOIs, and tenders 
• Write and edit bid content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging. 
• Develop persuasive narratives that highlight our company's strengths, capabilities, and value proposition.

3 .  Office365 Support role one for Perth & one for Canberra office (Part Time roles)

If you do not have following certifications, your applications will not be considered. 

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Must have Microsoft office365/Azure certification
• Must have CCNA
• Some experience will be preferable.
• Australian Drivers’ License  or own car as it requires site visits time to time.
• M365/Azure Administration experience ideal. 
• Good understanding of LANs, WANs, Firewalls and all things networks.
• Currently based in Perth or Canberra.

Candidates with the following will be highly regarded:

• Modern Desktop Administration experience (Autopilot, Intune, Enlightened apps etc)
• Teams/SharePoint Administration
• Security Certifications
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts
• Cyber Security experience or knowledge

4. Part time Marketing person ( ACT based)

• Relevant marketing software including Adobe Creative Cloud, MailChimp and Word Press.
• Significant industry experience in marketing, corporate communications, media and stakeholder relations and business development.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating outcomes from marketing and communications strategies.
