What we are looking for;

Director of First Impression:

The position of Director of First Impressions or Receptionist is responsible for being the face of first impressions, ensuring each client is greeted, via phone or in person, in a friendly and warm manner and their needs addressed with the appropriate person/s or messages relayed in a timely manner. 

Some of your responsibilities include: 

• Manage and maintain communication between customers and all departments of the real estate business. 
• Maintain the overall appearance of the front office including regular housekeeping duties. 
• Perform checks on all physical applications to ensure all supporting ID 
  and documents are supplied. 
• Perform initial tenancy database checks on all applications received. 
• Maintain accurate key records for all keys leaving and returning to the office. 
• Ensure all clients are greeted in a friendly, welcoming and warm manner. 
• Maintain accurate message records to ensure all departments receive communication in a timely, recorded manner.

This position is a full time position.

Junior Property Manager:

You will be managing a portfolio of roughly 80 properties all located within one CBD complex.

Some of your responsibilities include: 

• Liaising with key stakeholders. 
• Maintaining accurate communication records. 
• Perform market reviews and maintain up to date lease records.
• Coordinate and facilitate ingoing, routine, and outgoing reports. 
• Maintain up to date maintenance records. 
• Coordinate digital marketing to seek new tenants. 
• Conduct relevant checks to match tenant/s with investment properties.
• Conduct arrears management processes daily.

This position will require you to have a current NT Drivers License and reliable car.

This position will require you to have or studying for your Certificate IV in Property Services.

This position is a full-time position.

Inspection Manager:

As the Inspection Manager you will be carrying out Routine Inspection for Rental Property and directly supporting the Property Managment team.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Liaising with key stakeholders and Property Managers
• Maintaining accurate communication records. 
• Coordinate and facilitate periodic inspections. 
• Identify and report future and preventative maintenance. 
• Make recommendations for improvements to increase financial return

This position will require you to have a current NT Drivers License.

You will have use of a company car and fuel card during business hours.

This position has the flexibility to be schools hours.
