Form of work Haidary Harvesting is looking for ten Vegetable Pickers to start in March and April 2023. Work will be available ongoing.
We are looking for Vegetable Pickers for lettuce, wombok, celery, silverbeet and cauliflower.
General labour duties include:
Vegetable picking
Sorting, packing or grading of produce
Assistance to other members of the crew as required
Basic recording functions related to the work
You will generally work 6 days per week, from Monday to Saturday. The hourly rate will be paid as per Level 1 under the Horticulture Award at $28.26 per hour.
You must be physically fit as the work is physically demanding, and will involve working outdoors in temperatures up to 28 degrees.
