About the Role?
As a Vehicle Service Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of rental vehicles is kept to a ready-to-rent standard for our valued customers. You will be based within our regional locations, and you may be required to work at other VIC stores within reasonable travel distance. In this role you will;
- Detail vehicles, internal & external
- Ensure that vehicles are in a road worthy condition through performing safety checks
- Identity damages and reporting
- Relocate vehicles between locations
- Adhere to all policies & procedures
- Complete Pre & Post rental photos
- Ensure work area is clean, safe and free of hazards
- Assist customers as directed
About You?
To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player
- Great attention to detail
- Flexibility of working hours (7-day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply)
- Ability to show reliability and autonomy within their work
- A full and current AU driver’s licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles
