The Role:

• Estimate repairs on damaged vehicles
• Preparing quotes for insurance companies
• Parts ordering
• Meeting & greeting customers and handling their enquiries
• Job invoicing
• Liaising with insurance companies
• Data entry
• quality control and vehicle handover
• Ability to drive results
• Report to the Workshop Manager

About you:

• Previous experience in Automotive (Panel Shop) Industry
• Previous experience with automotive quoting software - Auto Quote
• Able to work autonomously
• High level of personal commitment and attention to detail
• Customer focused
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional presentation
