- Estimate repairs on damaged vehicles
- Preparing quotes for insurance companies
- Parts ordering
- Meeting & greeting customers and handling their enquiries
- Job invoicing
- Liaising with insurance companies
- Data entry
- quality control and vehicle handover
- Ability to drive results
- Report to the Workshop Manager
- Previous experience in Automotive (Panel Shop) Industry
- Previous experience with automotive quoting software - Auto Quote
- Able to work autonomously
- High level of personal commitment and attention to detail
- Customer focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
