- Vendor Liaison:
- Communicate with vendors about price discrepancies, delivery times, quality non-conformances, and technical queries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure optimal service levels and problem resolution.
- COUPA Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate COUPA records, including vendor details, prices, materials, and other relevant information.
- Ensure all supporting documentation is up-to-date and correctly filed within the COUPA system.
- Assist vendors with navigating the COUPA system and trouble shooting
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding vendor management and record-keeping.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to vendor interactions, contracts, and performance metrics.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues related to quality non-conformances.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure all materials and products meet required standards.
- Price and Delivery Management:
- Address and resolve issues related to price discrepancies and delivery times.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related role.
- Proven experience with COUPA, SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
