More About the Role at THE ICONIC 🧐🧐

The Vendor Operations Coordinator is the operational interface between our vendors, and our internal stakeholders in Category Management and the Fulfilment Centre. The key focus is on coordinating the Inbound Logistics, Vendor Onboarding and Compliance for all new and existing vendors. Within this role you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our vendors, ensuring our compliance standards are adhered to, and ensuring effective & accurate delivery of the product to our Fulfilment Centre. 

  • Support vendors through operational journey with THE ICONIC, from onboarding to successfully delivering to our Fulfilment Centre. 
  • Effectively manage and support vendor relationships to ensure product delivery complies with our Operational Guidelines, and ensuring operational excellence for all VM compliance metrics across our vendor community
  • Drive to achieve Key Performance Indicators on vendor onboarding, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Vendor Compliance and Inbound Logistics Accuracy
  • Action Warehouse Receipts Creation to ensure Inbound shipments are timely and accurately enter into the ERP system, and support across the review process for approving and coordinating deliveries into the Fulfilment Centre
  • Have a continual focus on 100% operational alignment and visibility as to when deliveries are due with what quantity, content and quality
  • Support across our Inbound and Dock receiving processes, owning and maintaining vendor contact within SLAs
  • Utilise non-compliance delivery and product data to work with vendors to improve compliance
  • Coordinate the operational communication between vendors, our internal stakeholders in Category Management and the Fulfilment Centre
  • Raise invoices for third party suppliers
  • Proactively develop and maintain vendor relationships to help in avoiding and resolving Quality Assurance & Compliance issues
