Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. We're the crucial link between our stores and the stock they need, the IT engine moving our business forward, the strategic connectors streamlining the way we work, and the forward thinkers using tech to transform the retail experience. What you'll Do
The Replenishment Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and providing application operational support (L2 and L3) for key replenishment applications.
The role is to provide an effective support function where you will be responsible for the effective management of incidents and problem resolution with service providers whilst ensuring that best practice guidelines and approaches are adhered to at all times, and for communications with service recipients and stakeholders

  • Deliver level 2 and level 3 application support for the Replenishment applications through the effective management of team, vendors and suppliers
  • Service management to ensure quality in Service delivery across incidents, requests, problems and changes. In addition to service transition management to ensure operational readiness before projects transition into operations
  • Drive operational excellence within the team and applications (e.g. system maintenance, housekeeping) this will also include Change management review, approval and implementation
  • Provide regular reporting showing performance against operational metrics and service levels (including the delivery of post-incident reviews)
  • Relationship + Vendor management of applicable suppliers to ensure service delivery according to agreed service levels ensuring that all issues are managed appropriately, including communications and escalation management for issues raised by Business and other stakeholders


What you'll bring

  • Strong IT Operational experience within a leadership or support background that involved trouble shooting
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering critical services 24 x 7, 365 days per year
  • Incident or problem management involvement
  • Leadership experience of at least one year
  • Replenishment experience desirable
