MCoBeauty, Australia's fastest-growing homegrown beauty brand, is looking for a passionate Vendor Replenishment Planner to join our dynamic team.
Here's what you'll do:
- Be the mastermind behind our sales forecasts, building strategies for each product (SKU) and ensuring we always have enough stock to meet demand.
- Manage inventory levels for new product launches and discontinued items, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Partner with Chemist Warehouse, a key MCoBeauty partner, to optimize ordering processes and track inventory investment for top-notch service.
- Analyze sales data across all product lines, generate reports (daily, weekly, monthly), and keep everyone informed on sales trends.
- Support our Sales, Marketing, and Category teams by providing insightful analysis to fuel smart decisions about new products, forecasts, and budgets.
- Have at least 2 years' experience in replenishment or supply chain within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Possess a keen eye for data and love diving into sales figures.
- Communicate like a pro, both verbally and in writing, influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Are a natural problem-solver, always looking for ways to improve processes and adapt to changing needs.
- You've worked in the pharmacy industry before.
- You understand the ins and outs of warehousing, transport, and end-to-end supply chains.
- You can build strong relationships and understand customer supply chain challenges.
