About the Role:
We have an opportunity for an innovative and passionate Venue Manager at our iPlay Adventure Venue. The Venue Manager will be reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be allowed to show your leadership skills and have genuine input and accountability in the daily operations of the venue.
About You:
- Would prefer: RSA, RMLV
- Proven experience with hands-on management role of daily operations of a business.
- Strong knowledge of general retail, hospitality and catering operations
- Must be able to prioritise and work well under pressure.
- Must be a “people person” and be able to deal professionally with internal and external personalities, to encourage personal development within the team.
- Able to proactively motivate and encourage your team to drive sales and provide the highest level of customer service to ensure EVERY guest has a FUN and MEMORABLE time at iPlay.
- A Proactive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable work ethic with exceptional attention to detail.
- A positive approach with solid time management and prioritising skills.
- Flexible availability for shifts during the day, night and weekends.
- Ability to understand things at the venue, such as clip n climb and arcade machines.
