About you

You are an experienced Master IV / MED 2 who enjoys a good laugh and creating amazing memories. You are a leader who is responsible for ensuring the vessels are well maintain and all crew onboard are trained and operating at a high standard. You are a motivator and provide outstanding experiences to customers. You place safety as a high priority and complete checks on the vessel and equipment to ensure that everything is in working order.
You have a Master IV / MED II with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.

We are seeking Master IV/ MED 2due to our continued success and ongoing growth.
We are offering you the opportunity to be apart of a leading company in tourism in the most beautiful office imaginable. You will need to be available to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading your crew to a high standard and motivating them to work as a team;
  • Provide safe and efficient operation of vessels
  • Deliver crew training and guidance
  • Providing excellent customer service to your passengers
  • Managing passenger and crew safety onboard
  • Performing daily upkeep and required maintenance on your vessel
  • Maintaining communication with the Operations team and other departments within Experience Co
  • Due to changing weather conditions and variable operational requirements, a flexible and positive attitude is important
