We currently have an opportunity for a professional Sales Coordinator to join the WA Operations Sales team based in Osborne Park.
About the role:
- Administration support to the sales team including preparation of proposals and presentations;
- Sales data entry including bookings, processing of proposals and enquiries;
- Internal & external communications;
- Preparation of sales reports including campaign & client tracking reports;
- Coordinate and follow-up on relevant sales team activities as required;
- Keep up to date on industry news;
- Focal point for department communications – phones, incoming and outgoing mail, courier;
- Filing, document control and other reporting.
About You:
- A high level of attention to detail,
- Demonstrated management skills and be able to prioritise a busy workload,
- Clear and concise communication skills,
- Proven ability to be a strong team player. Previous sales related experience is considered beneficial as you will be key member of this team.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Outlook
- The ability to provide a high level of customer service and the ability to problem solve and find solutions to complex issues.
- Formal qualifications in Business and Sales administration would be highly regarded.
