Role Responsibilities:
In this engaging, hands-on role, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding Customer Care to our clients and their furry companions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering client inquiries via phone
- Booking appointments and surgeries
- Checking in patients
- Problem-solving and general office administrative tasks
