Role Responsibilities:
In this engaging, hands-on role, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding Customer Care to our clients and their furry companions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering client inquiries via phone
• Booking appointments and surgeries
• Checking in patients
• Problem-solving and general office administrative tasks
• Warmly welcoming clients and their pets
• Contributing to team development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service excellence
